Términos y Condiciones – Sorteo Camiseta Luka Modrić (Real Madrid 22/23)
1. ORGANIZADOR
El sorteo es organizado por True Football Shirts (TFS), una iniciativa privada dedicada a la difusión y preservación de la cultura de camisetas de fútbol.
2. OBJETO DEL SORTEO
Se sortea una (1) camiseta del Real Madrid, temporada 2022/2023, con dorsal 10 de Luka Modrić, en talla M. La camiseta es original y será enviada gratuitamente al ganador.
3. REQUISITOS PARA PARTICIPAR
La participación es gratuita y está abierta a cualquier persona mayor de 18 años, sin importar el país de residencia.
- Rellenar el formulario disponible en el enlace proporcionado por TFS.
- Subir hasta 10 fotos por camiseta (frontal, trasera, detalles) de camisetas que el participante tenga.
- Aceptar estas bases legales marcando la casilla correspondiente en el formulario.

4. PARTICIPACIONES VÁLIDAS
Cada camiseta enviada (con sus correspondientes fotos) equivale a una participación. La camiseta debe estar debidamente fotografiada (al menos parte frontal y trasera). Se descartarán participaciones que no cumplan con los requisitos visuales, sean repetidas o consideradas fraudulentas. Se podrá participar con múltiples camisetas, siempre que se rellene el formulario correctamente en cada envío. El organizador se reserva el derecho a validar o invalidar manualmente cualquier participación.
5. DERECHOS SOBRE LAS IMÁGENES
El participante declara ser el autor original de todas las imágenes que envíe a través del formulario, y garantiza que no infringen derechos de terceros. Al participar en el sorteo, el usuario concede a True Football Shirts el derecho no exclusivo, gratuito y sin limitación temporal ni geográfica para utilizar, publicar y difundir dichas imágenes en su sitio web, redes sociales o base de datos pública, con fines culturales, divulgativos o editoriales. En caso de publicación, se podrá incluir el nombre o alias proporcionado para atribuir la autoría, salvo que el participante indique lo contrario.
6. FECHAS
Inicio del sorteo: ya abierto. Cierre de participación: 30 de abril de 2025 a las 23:59 (hora peninsular española). Sorteo: 1 de mayo de 2025. Anuncio del ganador: a través del perfil de Instagram de TFS (@truefootballshirts) y por email directo.
7. GANADOR Y ENTREGA
El ganador será elegido aleatoriamente entre todas las participaciones válidas mediante una herramienta de sorteo. Será contactado por email. Si no responde en un plazo de 5 días, se volverá a sortear. El premio será enviado por correo postal sin ningún coste adicional para el ganador. El organizador no se responsabiliza por retrasos o incidencias en el envío.
8. DATOS PERSONALES
Los datos personales recogidos se utilizarán exclusivamente para la gestión del sorteo. No se compartirán con terceros ni se usarán con fines comerciales. Puedes ejercer tu derecho a modificar o eliminar tus datos escribiendo a [tu email de contacto].
9. ACEPTACIÓN
La participación en el sorteo implica la aceptación total de estas bases. El organizador se reserva el derecho a modificar las condiciones si fuera necesario, garantizando siempre la transparencia.
El envío de fotografías a través de mensajes directos en redes sociales también se considerará como participación válida, implicando la aceptación de estas condiciones.

1. ORGANIZER
The giveaway is organized by True Football Shirts (TFS), a private initiative dedicated to the promotion and preservation of football shirt culture.
2. GIVEAWAY OBJECTIVE
One (1) Real Madrid shirt from the 2022/2023 season, size M, with Luka Modrić’s number 10, will be given away. The shirt is original and will be shipped free of charge to the winner.
3. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
Participation is free and open to anyone over 18 years old, regardless of country of residence.

- Upload up to 10 photos per shirt (front, back, details) of shirts owned by the participant.

4. VALID ENTRIES
Each submitted shirt (with its corresponding photos) counts as one entry. The shirt must be properly photographed (at least the front and back). Entries that do not meet the visual requirements, are repeated, or considered fraudulent will be discarded. You may participate with multiple shirts as long as the form is correctly filled out for each submission. The organizer reserves the right to manually validate or invalidate any entry.
5. IMAGE RIGHTS
The participant declares to be the original author of all images submitted through the form and guarantees that they do not infringe on third-party rights. By participating in the giveaway, the user grants True Football Shirts a non-exclusive, free, and unlimited right to use, publish, and share the submitted images on its website, social media, or public database for cultural, educational, or editorial purposes. If published, the name or alias provided may be used to credit authorship, unless the participant states otherwise.
6. DATES
Giveaway opening: already open. Entry deadline: April 30th, 2025 at 23:59 (CET). Winner selection: May 1st, 2025. Winner announcement: via the TFS Instagram account (@truefootballshirts) and direct email.
7. WINNER & DELIVERY
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a draw tool. The winner will be contacted by email. If there is no response within 5 days, a new draw will be held. The prize will be shipped free of charge via postal mail. The organizer is not responsible for any delays or issues in delivery.
8. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected will be used exclusively for the management of the giveaway. Data will not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes. You can exercise your right to modify or delete your data by writing to [your contact email].
